Dolores
bought a lot and in June of 1979, left New Jersey for Lake
Havasu City. After moving into their new home and getting the
two boys enrolled in school, Dolores resumed a real estate
career that had begun in New Jersey.
Dolores has been the #1 sales person
in her office year after year and in residential sales for the whole city several times. She was honored to receive the Realtor of the Year award, from her peers, as well.
Jim was born in Dayton, Ohio and raised in Pittsburgh, thus, a big Steelers fan!
He moved to Lake Havasu City in 1969 making him an official “Pioneer” in the city. His late father-in-law was one of the original “Holly Salesmen” who sold the land in the 1960’s and early 70’s for Robert McCulloch, founder and developer of Lake Havasu City.
After moving to Havasu in 1969, Jim helped to start the first radio station in the city in 1971 and worked as a time salesman there for 7 years. In 1977, he began his career in Real Estate and has been a full-time Realtor ever since.
For nearly 20 years, Jim’s main activity outside of real estate (other than helping to raise his 3 sons and daughter) has been as a Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 55 here in Havasu.
Jim originally got his Real Estate license in 1974 and his Arizona Broker’s license in 1977, when he dove into real estate on a full time basis.
Dolores
and Jim love to list and sell homes. They say, "Helping others
re-locate to Lake Havasu City is more than just a job." You
will not find realtors who care more for their clients. We know that selling homes
is a lot more than just writing a contract. It is service, before, during and after the sale.
| Dolores and Jim’s past clients are their main source of new business by recommending friends and relatives.
In Lake Havasu City, Dolores Stone and Jim Rosensweet
are the most well known and respected names in Real Estate. Just ask around. Even ask other Realtors!
